Terms of Service
Last updated [date]. By creating an account or using VPBrowser you agree to these terms.
1. Who provides the service
VPBrowser is provided by [company legal name], [registered address], [company registration number]. Questions: [email protected].
2. The service
VPBrowser lets you create and run isolated browser profiles, each with its own settings, storage and network configuration, and share them with your team. It consists of this website, the web dashboard, the desktop apps for macOS and Windows, and an optional helper and API.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate sign-up information.
- Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may use VPBrowser only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to:
- commit fraud, steal or misuse accounts, credentials or payment details, or impersonate others;
- send spam, run phishing, distribute malware or attack other systems;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights, or break the law that applies to you or to the sites you visit;
- interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service, or resell it without our written permission.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites and platforms you access through VPBrowser. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans, credit and payment
Paid plans and proxy data are paid from account credit, which you top up in cryptocurrency. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page before you buy. A plan renews only when you choose to pay for the next period. Credit is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or as stated in [refund policy].
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the profiles, cookies, settings and other content you store. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and process it to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Software
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop apps and helper while your account is active. Updates may be delivered automatically. Third-party open-source components are licensed under their own terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep VPBrowser available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan we will tell you in advance.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using VPBrowser and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
11. Law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. We will post updated terms here and notify account owners of significant changes; continuing to use the service means you accept them.
